Tucked inside Franklin Square Market, one block off Broadway in Saratoga Springs, The Market Bar and Restaurant brings together Chef Mark Delos and managing partner Jullie Delos and their more than 30 years of experience.
Our menu is creative Mediterranean and Italian with a focus on fresh seafood, and it changes weekly with the best of the season. Pair it with something from our full list of wine, cocktails, mocktails and spirits, and save room for a house-made dessert.

The BEST. We wanted to end our girls trip with a fancy brunch and this place delivered above and beyond any expectations we could have had.
Everything here hits the mark. Fresh, high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and great cocktails from the bar. Also, a huge bar so it’s easy to find a seat.
The food is absolutely fantastic. The staff is so sweet. The atmosphere is so cool. It’s a great value and a great place to go to get off the busy main drag.
